House of Hope Romanian Orphan ministry is funded by US 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  It is governed and managed by an American/Romanian Board of Directors. Rebecca Graham is the founder, director and field missionary, who has been working in this mission since February 1997.

We are dedicated to meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the orphans. In the government orphanage, we help to provide their basic needs; food, love, clothing, education and spiritual training including Sunday School each week. We teach them what the Lord says in Jeremiah 29:11, "I know the plans I have for you, saith the Lord; for good and not for evil, for a future and a hope."
